Jessica Montgomery is a Real Estate Developer and Broker/Owner of The Metropolitan Group. Jess stays on top of market trends and designs. She is equally passionate about both matching her clients with their dream homes and showcasing her clients’ beautiful spaces. Prior to real estate, Jess spent 20 years working in business management and finance.
Jess serves on multiple committees with Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance and serves as President of Village Haven, a non-profit whole person care organization. Jess lives with her husband Bill Bollman, an Artist and Creative Director, in The Metropolitan in downtown Cedar Rapids. They enjoy spending time on the water, with their family, and travel often to Palm Springs where Jess also holds a real estate license.
